Photos are the first form of media that everyone thinks about when it comes to listings.  But, do you want to have an advantage over other agents?  Get pictures that come with a floor plan with dimensions.  How much would you pay to have a floor plan that gives you room dimensions?  Well, fortunately you do not have to decide to do it.  All photo shoots come with a floor plan.  3D floor plans as seen below are an additional charge, but normal real estate floor plans are included with all my shoots.
